 WHAT HAPPENED WHEN JESUS DIED IN THE CROSS?

When Jesus died in the cross Satan said I got Him. He is mine. I am going to reap Him. But Jesus got up. Jesus fold His napkin which was cover His face and body. He left it in the tomb. Now Jesus got heavenly cloth. Death was terrified, looking around. No one has done it before. Satan was afraid.

Jesus reaches up and pulls death from the thorn, casting to the dungeon floor. Jesus puts His heel on the neck of death. Jesus reaches down and pulls the sting out of the death. Jesus puts the crown on His own head and walked out of that tomb as a Victorious Living King.

 WHAT IS THE GOSPEL?

During the liberation movement in Bangladesh on 1971 a freedom fighter was pronounced lost in action and judge to be dead. One of his colleagues informed this sad news to his mother: "Your son is dead."When you got our freedom on 16th of December 1971 then they found out that the son was not dead at all. He was alive and well! Then the officer in charge told someone, “Go tell that woman her son is alive.”

How would you like to be the one who had the opportunity to go to a mother who thought that her son was dead, and to knock on her door and say, “Mother, I got good news for you. Your son is not dead. He is alive.”

How excited we ought to be about proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ! It’s better than the news that the Officer in Charge had to give that mother. It’s the news that Jesus Christ has conquered death, hell, the grave and judgement, and that we can live forever with Him.

 IS CHRISTAINITY A RELIGION?

We are living in a multicultural society and they don't know who real Jesus is. Religion is merely a manmade interpretation. Therefore there are many religions in this earth. Religion gives you complicated rules which can put you in bondage. Jesus Christ came to this earth to free you from that bondage not for a Religion. Putting your FAITH in Christ sets you free from that bondage like Law, The Power of Sin and Death. Christianity is NOT a religion but a relationship with God.

 IS GOD, JESUS AND THE HOLY SPIRIT THREE OR ONE?

I like the argument of Fouad Accad (A Lebanese Christian) what he described in his pamphlet; "Someone asked a friend of his the following puzzling question; ‘Who do you think existed first; God, His Spirit or His Word? The friend answered immediately, 'Certainly God, as nothing could have existed before Him.' The man then said, 'If God was at any time without Spirit or Word, which means a dead or a dumb God, hence an imperfect God, how can He be God at all? The friend thought for a long time about what he had heard and then said, 'You are right my friend, God cannot be dead, without Spirit, or dumb, without Word, at any time, for in Him life and perfection are personified........God's Spirit and Word,' he added, 'were with Him from the very beginning, and will remain, without interruption, till the very end. God, I can see now, cannot partition into God, Word, and Spirit. He is One God.’”

 WHAT IS THE MEANING OF TRUMPETS SOUND?

During the ancient time there was custom among the Jews wedding. The bridegroom used to go to the groom’s house taking three things with him. The financial protection for the groom, Contact and Wine. He knocked the door, the father (bride’s) used to come out and checked the gifts. Then called his daughter and the wedding took place. Trumpet player used to sound their trumpet. The villagers used to know the wedding took place. The bridegroom used to go back at his own house without his wife and used to prepare house. The bride grooms father used to come to check the preparation. When everything was ready the bride groom used to come back to his father in laws house to take back his wife to his own home where they can live together. The trumpet player used to sound their trumpet. That’s the way Jesus will come with the sound of trumpet and will take us to Him and we will be with Him forever.

 WHAT IS REPENTANCE?

The word translated “Repent” in English New Testament is the Greek word “Metanoeo”. To repent mean’s to change your dirty evil works which is NOT right to God. Repentance is turning from sin to God, as a result of change of mind and heart about sin.

 WHAT IS SIN?

Sin is essentially rebellion against God. Sin is turn away from the commands and law of God.  Sin is our greatest problem as the holy Bible says, “For the wages of sin death.” When tempted, no-one should say, God is tempting me. For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt any-one ; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

 WHAT IS THE HOLY BIBLE?

The Bible is composed of the books of the Old and New Testaments, all uniquely inspired by God the Holy Spirit. It contains everything that we are to believe and do, so that our souls may be saved and our lives equipped to serve God.

 WHAT WILL BE HAPPEN WHEN YOU WILL DIE?

Jesus says, “God sent His Son to save the world not to condemn the world. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believe in the name of God’s one and only Son.” Therefore any one dies without Jesus the Holy Bible says he/she will go to hell.

 WHAT IS SALVATION?

The true meaning of salvation is the act of delivering from sin or saving from evil. As the holy Bible says, ”Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”  They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household.” (Acts; 16;30-31) Because  salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no one other name under heaven given to men by which we must saved. Salvation comes only from Lord Jesus Christ to accept Him as a Saviour, to confess sin to Him, repent for sin and follow Him in daily life.

 WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT SEX?

Sex is a gift of God and a key to its proper appreciation is a right understanding of marriage. As with all of God’s gifts to us, the gift of sex can be abused. Example; having sex with girlfriend before getting marriage or living together without marriage and having sex. Therefore, is to govern a Believers of Christ attitude to sex, and this knowledge means the control of the thought life and the recognition of the dignity of the Believers body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. God’s call to sanctification is the test all behaviour between the sexes.

 DOES GOD FORGIVE OUR ALL SINS?

Yes. Through our Baptism we get new life through our Lord Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ paid the penalty in our place. On the third day He rose from death and freed us from the bondage of Satan. As a follower of Christ if we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left. but only a fearful expectation of judgement and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God because our body is a temple of God. Jesus Christ shed His most precious blood on the cross only once.

 WHAT IS ANTI-CHRIST?

Anti-Christ or against of Christ comes from the Greek word “Antichristos”. The holy Bible tells us who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist-he denies the Father and the Son. No-one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. Thanks God for Jesus Christ when He will come, Jesus Himself will throw this antichrist and his false prophet into the eternal hell.

 WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?

He is the Lord and Giver of Life, the third Person of the Holy Trinity, to be worshipped and glorified with the Father and the Son. He is the Spirit of living God and the Author of the Scriptures. We believers of Christ have His Spirit so we may worship God and testify that Jesus Christ is the Son of living God who died in the cross for our sin and on the third day He rose from dead and freed us from eternal death.

 CAN TRUE FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST GO SO FAR FROM GOD AS TO BECOME MUSLIM OR OTHERS?

True followers of Christ cannot change their religion or become lost, although they may backslide. Followers of Christ must stand firm to the end and this is commanded. True followers of Christ will hold fast to the end. If require they will die for Christ. Apostasy indicates that people were never true followers of Christ and that is why some of them turned away from Christ because they don’t know who real Christ is.

WHAT IS TITHE OR GIVING?

In the Old Testament we call it tithe. It is the money we are giving to the Church for God’s work and purposes for His people in the world. In the Old Testament God told us to pay our incomes 10% to the Church but in The New Testament God told us to pay according to our ability and it have to be collect on Sunday. Bible says “Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shake together and running over, will be poured into your lap. Therefore it is commanded to us to pay money to the Church other we are robbing God.

 WHAT IS LUST?

Lust is either uncontrolled, overmastering desire or desire willingly allowed to go beyond what is lawful and legitimate. Lust is sinful because it puts pleasure before pleasing God and it places self-gratification before the good of others. Desires becomes lust when its object is unlawful (You shall not commit adultery). As Jesus said who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Her attraction leads to mental adultery and burning sexual desire becomes immorality.

 WHAT IS GOD LIKE?

God is holy. He is righteous. God is loving. God is good-by that we mean that He is in every way all that He as God should be, He is perfect. God is wise. God knows all things. God is eternal. God is unchanging and God is independent of all His creation.

 WHY JESUS?  WHAT'S WRONG WITH PROPHETS?

As God promised in the Old Testament Scriptures, Christ came into the world to save sinners by His death upon the Cross, according to the set purpose and plan of God, that the way should be open for sinners to obtain a right relationship with God and the gift of eternal life. No prophet can do that because according to Holy Bible no human beings are perfect. We are all sinners and that is why God loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son Jesus to us who paid the penalty in the Cross in our place what we deserved and rose from death and freed us from the eternal death. There were no any prophet in this planet or his man made law can take us to heaven. Therefore Salvation comes only from Jesus.
